1.1 The present Agreement determines the rights and responsibilities of Internet users who expressed willingness to become customers of the SOLIDPYCO system (hereinafter referred to as "System").

1.2 The user has a right to accept and not to accept the offered conditions that later on will predetermine his participation or non-participation in the System.

1.3 The agreement is deemed bilateral and determines the rendering of informational service to the user without binding the latter to make any investments.

Provision of Personal Information by User

1.4 Customer is obligated to provide his/her real identity to use the SOLIDPYCO System. This information is used for the services rendered on SOLIDPYCO purposes only and will not be disclosed to 3rd parties.

Use of SOLIDPYCO account

1.5 Customer is fully responsible for the state of his account on SOLIDPYCO, access to it, and its control.

1.6 The system is not responsible for the premeditated and unpremeditated use of accounts by the customer in illegal transactions.

1.7 Registering in SOLIDPYCO system customer undertakes not to use it for unlawful purposes and not to act in operations that can result in system damage.

1.8 The user's account is not subject to transfer to any other person without notification of system administration.

Termination of Agreement

1.9 Customer has a right to notify the administration of SOLIDPYCO of his desire to close the account at any time. In this case, liquidation of the account in the System and removal of all personal data specified by the user at registration takes place after finishing of identification of the applicant's personality and its check for compliance with the personality of the user that had registered this account.

1.10 System reserves a right to block the account for a term or termless period at the occurrence of some suspicions until ascertainment of circumstances.

AGE RESTRICTION/MINOR

1.11 Our services are not targeted towards nor intended for use by, anyone under the age 18, if you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use our website and services

VARIATION

1.12 SOLIDPYCO reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without Prior notice.

1.13 By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

INDEMNITY

1.14 You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOLIDPYCO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees, arising out of or related to any breach of this agreement, negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations by you.

1.15 This indemnity shall apply to both civil and criminal liabilities, and you shall be responsible for any judgments, settlements, or damages awarded against SOLIDPYCO due to the aforementioned claims. .
